The Dispute Committee for interaction with the tendering process participants was established for resolution of the following tasks:
- establishment of a direct dialogue between the Company and the tendering process participants;
- resolution of disputes with the tendering process participants arising in the context of prequalification, disqualification, procurement procedures including technical assessment and selection of the supplier to provide samples of goods for testing.
The following issues are referred to the Dispute Committee competence:
- review of complaints from the tendering process participants in respect to the prequalification;
- review of complaints from the tendering process participants in respect to the tender award decision including selection of the supplier to provide samples of goods for testing;
- review of complaints from the tendering process participants in respect to the disqualification.
Review of the disputes related to performance of the contracts is out of the Dispute Committee competence.
